SER Jobs for Progress
In partnership with SER Jobs for Progress, we led a multi-faceted project to transition critical workforce programs to a virtual platform. This change initiative, backed by Harris County CARES Act funding, aimed to increase program access for underserved communities, particularly those most affected by COVID-19. By applying Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model and Koehler’s TPACK framework, we ensured that the shift to digital service delivery was inclusive, equitable, and tailored to the unique needs of the community.
This plan encompassed content planning, social media advertising, videography and photography production, website redevelopment, email campaigns and graphic design rebranding. SERJOBS is a dynamic organization dedicated to empowering individuals through employment and educational opportunities.

Center for Art & Social Engagement

Weber Shandwick Chicago
In working with the University of Houston, we developed partnerships with Texas Southern University and Project Row Houses, a Third Ward arts and community organization focused on social engagement and neighborhood revitalization. Especially in areas of curriculum development, facilitator training, and community-based support we created partnership goals, to support underrepresented students through mentorship and community programs. This structured approach fostered sustainable partnerships, extending the university’s impact within the local community
Shavon Morris (our Principal Lead) worked with Weber Shandwick in 2014 to track and monitor influencer's content and social media posting schedules for campaigns related to the National Pork Board, Pork: Be Inspired Campaign and Track Phone Wireless. Shavon's efforts included reviewing and analyzing influencers' progress, ensuring alignment with campaign goals, and devising a comprehensive posting strategy to maximize engagement and reach. By closely monitoring social media content and adjusting plans as needed, she was able to enhance the effectiveness of these campaigns and achieve results.
